Britney Spears‘ former husband Jason Alexander is behind bars at Los Angeles County Twin Towers jail after being arrested for DUI in 2006.As part of his rehab, Brit’s 55-hour husband was ordered to complete an alcohol education program including visiting the county morgue.
But after skipping his first two appointments, a judge sent him right back to jail to serve out a ten-day prison sentence. He is scheduled for release on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
